Founding director Richie established Fresh Prince in 2013, after working across agro-forestry, sustainable start-ups and carpentry in Australia, Kenya and the United Kingdom. His love of plants and timber inspire Fresh Prince’s biophilic vision.

Director Alice’s background in architecture and art inform the highly creative and imaginative approach Fresh Prince has to each project it undertakes. Her focus on clear communication and sustainable practice is fundamental to the Fresh Prince ethos.

Creative director Rachel is passionate about design that enhances experiences, and stimulates new ways of seeing and thinking. She works across brand strategy and creative direction, specialising in the interface between branding and architecture.

Architectural designer Angus’ experience spans across both architecture and construction industries. He has a distinct style and attention to detail, founded on a deep understanding of craftsmanship and respect for materiality.

Project co-ordinator Anna has a background in event creation and management, and a budding passion for plants. Her endless reserve of energy and attention to detail ensure each project with care and attention to detail.

Horticulturalist and landscape design aficionado, Nate works across landscape design, installation and maintenance. He has a deep-rooted appreciation for plants, and an innovative approach to landscape design.
